Job Description:
Assessing training needs and develop new training programs for Talent development.
Handling annual Training and Development resources planning / Budgeting of the entire organization.
Preparing ‘Training schedule data base’ for all the designation which aligns with the organizational goals.
Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes.
Preparing Feedback Score Analysis to summarize training evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs through training effectiveness forms.
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
Organizing Employee Engagement and Development Activities across all the branches.
Job Requirements:
Qualification in HRM and/or learning design is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
